The Alarian Embassy of Namine is a governmental office and military outpost of the Alarian Splinter, located in New Thutria. It is comprised of two main areas; The Sapphire Tower, the seat of Ilanian power on the planet, and The Complex (or Frozen City), a large military outpost, deep below the mountains outside of the city.
