Cinna (otherwise known as "Theta 4"), is one of five Vasacar affiliated with Project Theta. His combat role within the squad is that of a designated marksman, to supplement his team by providing accurate fire from long range. His support role is scouting, being the eyes and ears of both the special operations command as well as his own team.

Appearance

• Cinna measures to a height of 5' 11".
• As a polar Valeynx, he possesses a soft white coat of feathers.
• His cybernetics are very hard to spot at first glance, as significant effort was made to keep his extensive augments from being outwardly visible.
• Cinna's artificial eyes are a sharp icy blue, and lack the cosmetic glow the rest of the squad is known for using.
• Though inflicted with many minor scars, the only visible mark on his body is a seemingly fatal gunshot wound centered on his heart.

Personality

Cinna is known for his roguish social expertise. His relaxed and lightheartedness demeanor is capable of brightening the dark situations Theta find themselves in constantly. Because of these factors Cinna has become something of a confidant within the tightly knit group, and with friends in low and high places he's also the guy they trust to acquire important non-standard equipment.
