Drunken Sniper
The Drunken Sniper is a bar located in New Thutria. It was once ran by Scholiid Heterodonyx in a different location, but the Reconstruction of Namine gave him the opportunity to move into the city, inciting better business and increased profits.
Following Scholiid's self-exile from Universe BR-45327/B in 2125, Ty Omand was left to run the bar.
