* Rei's augmentations increase in visibility as they are flooded with power, meaning that the more wrathful she becomes the more obvious the cybernetics appear to be.

The only thing preventing Rei from consuming almost everything around her in white-hot flames is an implant within her temporal lobe that acts as an emotional suppressant. This device, while containing her burning rage is also a double-edged sword, as when the implant is active she is left in a state of irritable depression. Her inability to connect with pretty much anyone doesn't help with this matter, and more often than not leads to further her issues with substance abuse. The only light in the tunnel for this character is [[Xaene]], who rescued her from a life of feral savagery and experimentation at the hands of cruel [[Grand Order of Avalon|Avalon]] scientists.
While her straight forward logic and brutal honesty could be seen as admirable, there no doubt that anger pervades Lucira's very being. Her impetuous and impatient nature have seen her come to blows with both sides of the Vigilant coin, but no one can doubt the righteousness of her ideals. As a former slave, Lucira was forced to battle endlessly under the cruel supervision of those who chained her. The rage it fostered against those who oppress others burns just as bright today as it did when it was first lit. She is known however to soften her temper around the battle scarred veterans of her own forces, for they too know the pain of the chain unbroken.


In addition, her cybernetics are considered experimental when compared to other members of Theta. They can be noted to cause such side-effects as vertigo and mild cases of discomfort, which can lead to insomnia at times. When combined with her frequent night terrors of the time before she became a member of the Vigilant, it's safe to say that her nights are bereft of sleep.

In combat, Luciria is said to act as a force of nature rather than as a honed warrior. Fire trails in her wake, and the very ground itself trembles with the strength and fury of her blows. To match the rampage of such an unstoppable force one would need to be an immovable object in turn. It is rumored that only [[Alaric]] himself is capable of matching her blow for blow, but whether this has been proven has not been disclosed.

Luciria is an Ambir member of the Vigilant and the commander of the Shattered Chain.
