A Mantis Assault Platform (nigh-exlusively referred to as a Mantis) is an armored military attack vehicle utilized primarily by the Empire of Namine and manufactured by Verikronian Metalworks. The Mantis's most unique feature is its dual-tank/mech design; the cockpit and chassis of the vehicle is operated as a mech, with two opposing scythe-ended arms. The chassis is attached by a thick, maneuverable metal strut to a second chassis that has tank-like treads on either side.
