There is no need to specify that a given character is sapient if you specify his species on his page. For example, if Vespid's page mentions that he is a Keilicaela, I do not have to specify that Vespid is sapient since we know Keilicaela are sapient. This is a little different for AI. Since there are non-sapient AI, a sapient AI's page should include a mention that the AI is sapio-synthetic. An exception to this is Revenants, since we know all Revenant AI are sapient. There is no need to specify that a given character is sapient if you specify his species on his page. For example, if Vespid's page mentions that he is a Keilicaela, I do not have to specify that Vespid is sapient since we know Keilicaela are sapient. This is a little different for AI. Since there are non-sapient AI, a sapient AI's page should include a mention that the AI is sapio-synthetic. An exception to this is Revenants, since we know all Revenant AI are sapient.
