The Talqunt Nembaulum is a mysterious device thought to be made by the Manumarians.
Description/function
The Talqunt Nembaulum's main components are three different quartz crystals (that could be colored) placed in a metal band that goes around the head of the user. It seams to have the miraculous ability to create and destroy things with the sound of a voice. It is currently only speculated how it works as there is insufficient information to come to a conclusion, but it is thought that the device hides some sort of technology in the band allowing the user to apparently make their thoughts real, if only for a moment. According to Ty Omand the Talqunt Nembaulum will only work if what the user says actually has the same meaning and the intent of their thoughts.
