Umbra

Umbra is one of the two major political systems supported by the Vigilant.

They believe in a decentralised organization, where sub-commanders are made more independent and from the chain of command. While Radia teaches its followers srict adherence to its higher authority, Umbra instead values an individualistic approach in which subordinates are encouraged to cross-examine their superior's commands.

This free-thinking tradition grants them an enhanced adaptability that serves them well in their mastery of unconventional warfare.
