Galatea
Galatea is a garden world formerly settled by the Esperance Pact. The planet was evacuated when its star system was abandoned as the Gray Storm swept through the galaxy.
History
The planet was initially discovered, and settled by a small band of Russian settlers in 901 PRE. They were soon followed by Australian and Indian space travelers, though the Russian presence remained more substantial. The planet would be considered for candidacy as the Esperance Pact's homeworld in 911 PRE, but was beaten out by Moirai, due to it being slightly smaller, and having a less advantageous star system. The world would see very expansive growth under the Esperance Pact until the Gray Storm when, under a strategic recommendation by the Esperance Pact's lead nanite scientist, Judy Gemintry, it would be abandoned to shore up defenses of the human race in the Hellion Star System.

- This is the setting for the non-canon Unbroken TTRPG Eschaton. Despite the non-canon status of Eschaton, this world and its lore is in fact, canon.
