Midnight Council

The Midnight Council are a mysterious group of individuals responsible for leading the Vigilant's Umbra subfaction.

History

Founded after the events of the siege of Castellum, the council was formed as the head of a union representing the expansion fleet of the Grand Order of Avalon.
