Cinna is a high ranking member of the Vigilant and the commander of the Seekers.

He is described as having skin, hair, and feathers as white as snow, whilst his eyes remain an icy blue.
Personality
Cinna is known for his roguish social expertise. As a suave extrovert, he tends to make friends and enemies in both high and low places. His relaxed and lighthearted demeanor helps to calm even the tensest situations his forces often find themselves in.

As a sharpshooter without peer, Cinna's reflexes and senses may appear almost supernatural; however, these abilities are far from being magic. With lifetimes of experience, and enhanced synthetic musculature, nervous, and ocular systems, Cinna is capable of wielding ranged weaponry with a fluid deftness others could only dream of.
