The Divergence Crown is a Veil manipulation device thought to be made by the Manumarians.
Description and Function
The Divergence Crown is made with three different quartz crystals placed in a crown-like head covering that covers most of the wearer's head. It is an example of basic Veil manipulation equipment that is not implanted into the individual, but is instead operated externally. In its capacity as external, wearable equipment, the Crown is less stable and effective than implants at high-level Veil manipulation. It requires the wearer to verbalize their desired Veil manifestations; according to Ty Omand, this will only work if what the wearer says matches the intent of their thoughts.
