History
The Drunken Sniper was once ran by Scholiid Heterodonyx in a different location, but the Reconstruction of Namine gave him the opportunity to move into the city, inciting better business and increased profits.
Following Scholiid's death around 980 PRE, Ty Omand was left to run the bar. After Ty Omand departed to Terreki with his family in 986 PRE, a droid was placed into the role of bartender.
