The Twilight Council are an elusive and mysterious group of individuals responsible for leading the Vigilant.
History
Founded by Alaric after the events of the siege of Castellum, the council was formed as the head of a union between the rogue houses of the Arbiters of Kiron and the expansion fleet of the Grand Order of Avalon.
