Universe TR-65839/A was the universe in which the planet called BalNEATin is perpetually stuck within the medieval era and is inhabited by not only Humans, but anthropomorphic animals known as Timanrans.

It is currently unknown how exactly this universe differs from Root Universe- save for its version of Balneatin being in a primitive state.
