Xaene is a member of the Vigilant and one of the five affiliated with Project Theta. She fulfills the roles of a technomancer and field medic, manipulating machinery and digital assets in the midst of the battlefield whilst administering emergency aid to allies in critical situations. Outside of Theta Xaene's skills make her an excellent spy on the digital field, an extremely useful asset to the darker sides of her organization.

Appearance

• She is said to be the smallest member of her team.
• Most of her bodily feathers are chalky brown, while the insides of her arms, legs, and chest are white.
• Specialized ports line her back, each connected to a bionic tentacle-like appendage host to a suite of advanced tools.
• Her artificial eyes possess black sclera, and white irises that appear to shift with data every few moments. The glow these augmentations emit can be suppressed at will.

Personality

She can best be described as a nervous recluse. This is not only due to her past, which was rife with mistrust and betrayal, but also her tendency to over-analyze social situations. The only exception to this social wariness is with her teammates, whom she dotes upon like an older sister. When given downtime Xaene can most commonly be found engaging in intellectual hobbies in places of lesser foot traffic, the isolation assisting in assuaging the anxiety that pervades her very being.

Skills

Xaene's capacity to access and process intense amounts of digital information within a short period of time is astounding. This allows her a near perfect control of machinery she neurally interfaces with, and a eidetic memory regarding anything contained within her neural data banks. When faced with foreign technology or lifeforms it is a simple matter for her to access and steal relevant data from local networks, learning even incredibly sophisticated topics in a matter of seconds. This all comes with a price however, as Xaene is the least adept of Theta when it comes to the rigours of physcial combat. Her cybernetics are specialized for mental enhancement, leaving physical performance lacking compared to her teammates.
