Aegis

The Aegis is a mobile weapon system concept developed by the Vigilant. Generalist aegis mostly see use in the lower class aspirant and augmented private military companies, and are often of lesser quality compared to the specialized combat vehicles utilized by government controlled cyborg and revenant forces.

Classification

• In order to classify as an Aegis, the weapons-system must fall under a few traditions.

1. The design must be capable of hosting a singular pilot synced to to the vehicle by a Neural-Cradle within it's own frame.
2. The design must be a registered military combat vehicle within the Vigilant.

Known Models

There are a stunning variety of Aegis models; this ranges from the agile flying models used in rapid-strikes to the monolithic siege colossi that dominated the battlefield during the Vokyran Ascendancy's revolt against the Currai Imperium; A few examples of these vehicles are listed below.
