Cinna is a member of the Midnight Council within the Vigilant's Umbra sub-faction. In addition, he commands the Seekers, a force primarily used for their skills in reconnaissance.

Cinna is known for his roguish social expertise. As a suave extrovert, he tends to make friends and enemies in both high and low places. His relaxed and lighthearted demeanor helps to calm even the tensest situations his forces often find themselves in.
Skills
As a sharpshooter without peer, Cinna's reflexes and senses may appear almost supernatural; however, these abilities are far from being magic. With lifetimes of experience and enhanced synthetic musculature, nervous, and ocular systems, Cinna is capable of wielding ranged weaponry with a fluid deftness others could only dream of. In addition, his sharpened senses and mind aid him in coordinating the reconnaissance operations his forces are so famous for.
