The Second Flarix Uprising was an attempt by the surviving Flarix from the Singularity Civil War to usurp Kraniir rule in High Singularium. This uprising failed and resulted in the Reconstitutor being cast from High Singularium into the Root Universe. Much to the dismay of the Kraniir, the Flarix fled to Lower Singularium--the location of the Abiogenesis--shortly thereafter.
