The Alarian Embassy of Namine is a governmental office and military outpost of the Alarian Splinter, located in New Thutria. It is comprised of two main areas; the Sapphire Tower, the seat of Ilanian power on the planet, and the Complex (or Frozen City), a large military outpost, deep below the mountains outside of the city.
Location
The tower is located near Namine Ground Control and the Drunken Sniper.
