Weapons Specialist Phar'annica Kirakoy (Better known as Phar'annic, or less commonly, Pharrec) is the weapons oversight officer for the Aquilae.

Early Life

Phar'annic was born in 1684 to a Volcanic/Inlander family living in a small Nocturnium refining village on Raneket Mountain. His fascination with weapons began early on with a simple hunting crossbow. He proceeded to extensively modify the weapon and add features until it was a weapon worthy of elite medieval warriors. He developed a talent for the handling and crafting of weapons. The young Ashderian almost dropped said talent due to pressure from his family to "find a hobby that actually improves society." Phero'phelia-- a close friend-- persuaded him otherwise.  As time drew on, his talent blossomed and he eventually joined the Voyakarran Galactic Navy. The first assignments he was tasked with consisted of serving on specialized assault teams. Phar'annic flourished in said teams and eventually worked his way up to the position of basic starship weapons oversight.
