Caranak was the Singularity responsible for the creation of the Corruption. At the close of the Boundary Cataclysm, he sacrificed his life to give the Abiogenesis the charge it needed to pull Vespid Heterodonyx and Nikanicreon Dara'croix from Universe BR-45327/A and return them to Universe BR-45327/B.
