Thisposa is a Phantom serving within the Empire of Namine and a former member of the Seething Sting.

Early Life

Thisposa was born in 920 PRE. Thisposa's parents are unknown; her egg was secreted away by Seething Sting operatives, and from the moment of her hatching, she was trained to be a killing machine. She killed for whatever reason her masters asked of her; be they political or for pleasure. When the Seething Sting inevitably collapsed, she found herself drifting through Imperial space as a hired gun, killing free from the restrictions of a banner.

Armada of Namine's Fire

Following the Fall of Namine in 949 PRE, Thisposa joined the Armada of Namine's Fire, offering her personal stealth vessel, the Midnight Stalker, to the fleet's growing ranks. In 963 PRE, her 14th year of service to the Armada's Great Crusade, she met Vespid Heterodonyx, who joined the Armada when it was summoned to Terreki to purge the Corruption infestation that had taken root on the planet. Thisposa and Vespid would form something of a bond during Vespid's own 17-year-long career in the Armada. Thisposa spent 31 years total as an operative within the Armada of Namine's Fire before it was integrated into the Second Empire of Namine.

Imperial Service

In 980 PRE, with the declaration of the Second Empire of Namine, Thisposa successfully joined the ranks of the Phantoms: the elite covert bodyguards of the Supreme Ordinator, at that time Supreme Commander Vespid Heterodonyx. Though protecting her ward was her first priority, field work away from the Supreme Ordinator was historically within the scope of her title's duties; as such, Vespid would regularly requisition Thisposa for combat operations for which he required a personal touch but could not handle himself in his capacity as the most protected individual in the Empire. Thanks to these frequent away assignments, Thisposa became known as Vespid's closed fist, participating in covert and clandestine operations in the Empire-Alignment War, Crysek Conflict, Boundary Cataclysm, and Princefall Incident. In all of these incursions, she worked closely and became known among other prolific Syndicate operatives. As a result of her performance and conduct in these missions, Vespid frequently refers to her as his most trusted Phantom.

Personality

Precise, acute, aware, efficient, and deadly, Thisposa is much a product of her upbringing at the hands of the Seething Sting. Although she allegedly left the life of an assassin far behind her, Thisposa's unparalleled skills with her sniper rifle are indispensable in her capacity as an Imperial Phantom. Her upbringing at the hands of assassins left her insensitive, cold, calloused, and desensitized to death and violence. This, in addition to her obsessive and protective demeanor towards Vespid, makes her an exceedingly effective bodyguard to the Supreme Commander.

In spite of her strange obsession and seeming loyalty, Thisposa often comes off as detached, aloof, and even distracted. In truth, Thisposa is curious about her past, and her detachment is a result of her ongoing search for answers about her life--her absent parents, the circumstances of her abandonment, and why the Seething Sting saved her.
