Kycelid (non-canonically known as Schofield) was once a Waspcaela, but he was mutated into a Ilanian thanks to the Liath Saol mutagen. He is currently a bartender aboard the Aquilae, and is a long time friend to Nikan and Antarress.

Early life

Kycelid started life in a specially designated Currai Imperium-owned breeding facility in 1621.

Serving the Capitol

By working diligently and proving himself willing to go above and beyond, he worked his way up the ranks and managed to achieve the position of servant under the Imperium leaders in their own capitol.  He spent a long while working there and gaining the favor of some of its inhabitants, despite the intense racism he encountered.

Young Nikan and his Escape to Freedom

The young Nikan grew up around Kycelid and the two eventually became extremely good friends. Kycelid helped look after and gave important advice to Nikan as he was growing up in the capitol. He eventually escaped his place of forced employment, thanks to a daring plan designed and executed by the young aquatic, who he had befriended in the years he served the Imperium higher-ups.

Kycelid is old but wise. He is easy going and slow to anger. He is well liked for his kindness as well as the witty but light sense of humor he possesses.
